The Lovely Fair

Hello you 🙂

I’m sorry it’s been a while…but here I am, and I’ll make up for it now I promise!

My very lovely sister has organised a craft fair!

It will be taking place on Saturday 15th October 2011 at St Francis church hall in south Bristol.

Please have a look at her website for more detail about the fair and how to book a stall if you are interested.

Lovely! Craft Fair

The fair will have free entry so you can go and have a look around at all the loveliness for no charge.

My sister also has a website to sell her cute and lovely jewellery…please take a look at that too!

Lovely Online

Another reason to go to the fair is that I’ll be there! Yes, I’ll have my own stall selling handmade cards and knitted loveliness…would you like a sneak peek?

Aren’t knitted cupcakes so cute!

So, I have my work cut out for me…lots of things to knit, I hope people like them and that I manage to sell some of them! I know not all of you can get to the fair…how would you feel about me setting up a shop on my blog so that you can buy some of my lovely things?

Do let me know if you will be coming to the fair, it would be brilliant to meet some of you.

Lots of Love,

Yay Cake!

As my boy will testify, “yay cake!” is one of my favourite and best used phrases. So…here’s some cake for you to feast your eyes on…

Mmmm…giant cupcake….so delicious…(lucky Beth!)

This yummy-looking cupcake was made by the lovely Sharon Wiltshire…check out her Facebook page, here.

And look what else she has created…

Cath Kidston Cupcakes!!!

Oh they make me want to weep with joy…

Save one for me!

…they are all so wonderful!

Edible luggage...the best kind

And not only is it all beautiful but you can eat it!

So, if you live in the Bristol area (or are willing to travel I suppose) then check out Sharon’s Cake Creations for loveliness you can eat.

Lots of Love,

Christmas Angel

This angel is beautiful!

It is made of Bristol blue glass…which is of course made in Bristol (in the UK!). In fact, it is made just down the road from where I used to  live!

You can buy this angel from the Bristol blue glass website, here’s a link for you.

Does your home town have any special things that are made there?

The website belongs to Claire Louise. She is based in Bristol (yay!) and currently has an exhibition on near to where I live. I am sooo going to go! The exhibition is called shyshy and you can have a peek here.

Also on her site (which you can get to by clicking the big picture above!) are more of her drawings and paintings as well as pixels she has created…things like emoticons and cute desktop images.

Please check it out…it really is one of the loveliest things ever!
